Their billing is the worst! I only received 2 bills over the course of my and my husband's visits. Visits were frequent dating back to 9/5/16 to 3/28/17....two bills! They were not billed monthly and each time that I had a bill sent to me I had to call the billing manager to talk through what the balances were actually from. On each bill there was a "balance forward" but never stated what dates of service the balance forward was actually related to. This last time I informed the billing manager that I had worked in the medical industry for over 12 years and have never seen such complicated billing. She didn't care. I also let her know that because of the billing and her lack of concern for me to understand, we were going to have to find another dentist. She didn't respond, at all. I told her I wanted to speak to the dentist as it is his practice and he should know and her only response was, "I will pass the message along." If you want to know what you are paying for in an organized and timely fashion. My two cents, go elsewhere.
